Shipping Policy for V&K Everything Store

We work with reliable shipping partners to deliver orders to customers locally and internationally, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed - we'll notify you of any significant changes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Jamaica (standard):  3 -5 business days via local courier partners.
    • United States & Canada (standard):  7 -15 business days via courier partners.
    • International (standard): 10 -21 business days via international couriers.  International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Some products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers and international partners.  Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destinations.  Regardless of fulfillment location, V&K Everything Store is responsible for order delivery, customer support, refunds, and returns.  Customers always purchase directly from V&K Everything Store, and we remain the seller of record for all orders.

Please note: Due to international fulfillment, shipping times may vary.  Customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues may extend delivery time.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates vary by destination, package weight, and fulfillment location. Rates are calculated and shown at checkout. Some international orders may have higher shipping costs due to courier and customs handling.”
  • Express Shipping(where available):  Estimated delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout based on product availability and destination.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over USD $79.99 or equivalent in local currency. Free shipping applies only to eligible products and destinations and is calculated automatically at checkout.
  • For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Final shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout, based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.


Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other eligible international destinations as available at checkout. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at support@vkeverythingstore.com.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via the courier's website or through your order status page using the tracking code provided.

Delays & Exceptions:

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, customs delays, or courier disruptions.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. V&K Everything Store is not liable for delay caused by customs inspections or international clearance processes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  •  While shipping carriers handle delivery, we remain committed to assisting customers with claims and resolutions for lost or damaged shipments.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist in filing a claim.  You can contact us at support@vkeverythingstore.com.  We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

  • This reporting timeframe applies only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items and does not affect the standard 30-day return window for eligible products.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some products may not be shipped to certain regions due to local laws or import restrictions.  Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import laws.

Changing Shipping Address:

  • Need to update your shipping info?  Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order is processed.  Once an order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
