At V&K Everything Store, we care about your satisfaction and aim to provide a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.  This Refund & Return Policy reflects the tools and services used by our store, including Shopify.

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30-days of receiving your order. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included.
  •  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. 

All returns must be authorized so we can provide return instructions and ensure proper processing.

How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization confirmation.
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Return shipping label(see section on shipping costs).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In cases of defects or shipping errors,  we cover all return shipping expenses.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the item is defective or incorrect.

A restocking fee of 5% applies to voluntary customer-initiated returns to cover inspection and repackaging where the item is returned unused and in resalable condition.

This fee does NOT apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items and will be disclosed during return approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.  To request a different item:

  1. Submit a return request.
  2. Once the return is approved, ship back the original item.
  3. Place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vkeverythingstore.com.

This reporting timeframe applies only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items and does not affect the standard 30-day return window for eligible products.

Please include:

  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem

We will resolve the issue promptly, at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

European Union 30 day Cooling Off Period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification.
  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Approved EU returns will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
